Egg Head Lolly

When I first read about this contest I thought "ooh cool".

It was a project doomed from the start.

We had 3 eggs in the house and we don't eat many eggs so using them for this project would be just fine. Two of the eggs exploded when I put them in to boil. Not some minor crack but actual large scale explosions - nothing salvageable.

Great...now who to do?

My original 3 ideas where Moonbeam13, Lolly, and Charlie Chaplin in that order. Being as I didn't have any small witch or bowler hats, nor anything to construct them with in the house, Lolly won.

Drawing on an egg is more difficult than I had anticipated. (and I don't draw well to begin with). Then my markers were not cooperating.

I decided to add hair. Don't ask me why. I had one side already done in pink when the blue marker would not work on the cottony stuff I was using (q-tip ends) so I had to do it all in pink.

So here you have the result of a project where everything went south at every turn.
