I have been putting together a new website on Uber and I finally have it clean enough that I can share it. I'll make some changes here and there as I go along, but for the most part I am happy with it. A Different Light Take a look and let me know what you think.

I have three calendars out this year. The recently compiled Twelve Months of Enchanted Trees, and I brought back two from last year, A Trip to the Zoo and Image & Word









There's a cool new club to help writers flex their muscles. ~Wordspill gives you a new theme every two weeks. Once you have the theme, you change your text to white and free spill on that word for ten minutes without being able to see what you are writing or make any corrections until the scrub up. After the ten minute spill, you can go in and scrub it up, or not. Then you submit the spill and the scrub (if you have one) to ~Wordspill [link]

A much abbreviated version of this is offered by One Word, a website that provides a word and you have sixty seconds to write on that word. They provide a new word every day.





There is a nifty little application for journals here at DA called Forums. Perhaps my lack of stimulating conversation in my day to day life has brought me to see the journal forum for the wonderful resource it is. What a great tool to create discussions on things that interest you. I'll admit that I don't often take the time to even see if another deviant is making use of this tool, much less read it's content, but change is good. I'm not asking for much, just tell me Who's Coming to Dinner? and share your favorite film. If you are really industrious, use the link to start your own thread in my journal forums. I promise a response to any thread started in my journal forums, all I ask is that the question posed be one that is open enough that a wide range of responses can be generated. What's on your mind?
